Gary began working at 16 years old for his dad at Dublin Heating & Air, beginning his experience in HVAC. After 20 years of installing Lennox equipment at Dublin, Gary took the leap and started his own business. 

Skylar joined our team back in June of 2023 and we are glad to have her! She is a very compassionate
person. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call or the face you see when you stop by our office.
She schedules our customers for service calls, maintenance, and installs and handles everything on the
billing/ accounting side. In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family.

Jordan joined our crew August of 2023. This is his second year working in the HVAC industry and has
been a huge asset to our team. Jordan shows up to work every day with a smile on his face and ready to
work. Prior to HVAC, Jordan was a chef and managed restaurant kitchens. In his free time, Jordan enjoys
playing video games and spending time with his son and girlfriend.

Bruce joined the G Cullum family back in 2019. He is one of our service technicians. He is a jack of all
trades and with his experience, has been a huge asset to our team. Bruce is our oil guy, so if you have a
system that runs on oil, you will most likely see him at your next service. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys
fishing and spending time with his wife and kids. He is also a big story teller.

Joey joined his dad in 2014, at the expansion of the company. He wears many hats including sales, part ordering, inventory control, and overseeing things in the office run smoothly. In his free time, Joey enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything outdoor related. He also enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend.

Chances are, if we have installed a system for you, then you have met Mike. Mike joined Gary in the
beginning of G. Cullum and has been here since. With his hard work and dedication, he has helped Gary
grow tremendously over the years. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles, mountain biking, and
spending time with his two kids and wife.

Doug is part of our installation crew. He joined the G. Cullum family back in August of 2022. Not only
does he work hard on the jobsites, he spends a lot of time in the shop making ductwork and prepping
for installs. In his spare time, Doug enjoys kayaking, snow skiing, and drinking pina coladas. He is the
jokester of the crew.

Dylan joined G. Cullum in February of 2023. He grew up in Cecil County but moved down to Florida to
serve in the air force. After serving, he moved back home to Rising Sun and has been working in the
HVAC industry since. He is a hard worker and has been a great addition to our team. Dylan enjoys
hunting in his spare time and spending time with his girlfriend, basset hound Hank, and his family.
