1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by: G Cullum Heating and Cooling, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) to customers (“you,” “your”). By scheduling a service, signing an estimate, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.



2. Services Provided

We provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, maintenance, and repair services. All services are performed by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards.


3. Estimates and Pricing

· Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date issued.

· Prices may vary based on labor, materials, and unforeseen conditions.

· Any additional work not included in the original estimate will be quoted and approved before completion.


4. Payment Terms

· Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise stated in writing.

· We accept cash, check, credit card.

· A fee of 3.5% will be added for all credit card payments.

· Past-due balances may incur a late fee.

· Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

· Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

· Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service call fee.


6. Warranties

· Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and may require regular maintenance.

· Limited Warranty covers brand specific components only. It does NOT cover cabinets, cabinet pieces, unit accessories, thermostats, condensate pumps, driers, refrigerant, refrigerant line sets, belts, gaskets, wiring, fuses, oil nozzles, or components such as air filters that must be replaced as part of a regular maintenance program. Each component may have its own specific warranty.

· The warranty is void if repairs are performed by another company or if maintenance is neglected.


7. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain system performance and warranty coverage, at least one preventive maintenance service per year is required. Biannual maintenance (spring and fall) is strongly recommended for optimal efficiency. Failure to complete regular maintenance may result in reduced system performance or denial of warranty coverage.


8. Liability

We are not liable for:

· Pre-existing issues in your HVAC system or property.

· Damages caused by neglect, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.

· Delays due to weather, supply shortages, or events beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.


9. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. If access is obstructed, additional fees may apply and /or work will be delayed until the conditions are remedied.


10. Permits and Compliance

We obtain necessary permits when required by law. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with homeowner association (HOA) or private property rules.


11. Specific Terms on Estimates or Invoices

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the specific details listed on a signed estimate, proposal, or invoice, the terms on the estimate or invoice shall take precedence. These specific terms are considered part of the service agreement and shall supersede any conflicting provisions stated herein.


12. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected for scheduling, billing, or warranty purposes will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for service delivery.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County/State].


14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
