Service calls outside of a regular maintenance will be charged as follows:
Diagnostic fees include the FIRST 15 MINUTES — then an hourly rate will be charged.
Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm: Diagnostic fee + $150/hr (requires one hour minimum)
Monday - Friday after 4:00pm: Diagnostic fee + $225/hr (requires one hour minimum)
Saturday & Sunday: Diagnostic fee + $225/hr (requires one hour minimum)
Holiday Rate: Diagnostic fee + $300/hr (requires two hour minimum)
